Corporate Occupier Real Estate Consultancy (CORE) is a company specialising in all aspects of corporate real estate. CORE provides professional expertise to create solutions for commercial property users and works with a number of partners in delivering solutions.
Our work includes acquisitions, asset management, restructuring, litigation management on issues such as break clauses and portfolio management strategies. A major focus is mitigating lease liabilities providing a range of services to corporate occupiers arising from surplus property. As part of this work we also provide support services for the essential but under-rated aspects of managing the day-to-day issues associated with the stewardship of empty and sublet premises.
